The mountains are a dangerous place to adventure. We deeply respect the steep, deep, vertical terrain of rock, ice and snow that we love to spend time in. The mountains are hazardous, and stepping beyond the confines of human-made landscapes into the wilderness is a soul-satisfying endeavour.
 

I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY / WAIVER OF CLAIMS / ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.  I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, ASSIGNS AND REPRESENTATIVES MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEE. I also agree to sign a paper copy of the liability waiver in person prior to the first day of the trip.
